Fountain Courtyard (Mini – Install): On March 11th the Orchid Gnome put up 2 remaining phalaenopsis orchids that had been sitting in the office for quite some time on the oak trees in the Fountain Courtyard (or East Patio for you more traditional folk!) We are now at 541 orchids installed. The Orchid Gnome also performed the 1st school-wide maintenance on the orchids this month – trimming dried bloom stalks and repairing some installations.

The Orchid Gnome knew that January was going to be special from all the bloom stalks that he’d been noticing in the last couple of months. His expectations were met by the most spectacular month of blooming that we’ve had so far!
